All this means the development will offer over 1000 apartments altogether, as well as a luxury spa, gym and pool, alongside 10,000 sq ft of commercial space. It has been claimed that the penthouse at the top floor of the tallest tower will enjoy near 360-degree views of Liverpool, which on a clear day could stretch as far as Snowdon and the Lake District.
